Yes. Email us with your household size, typical portions (e.g., “24 wings, 4 cutlets, 2 lbs veg”), counter space, and noise sensitivity. We’ll point you to our calculators and suggest models that fit your real throughput needs.

Why do your times differ from other recipes?
Our methods use portion-based loading, single-layer guidance, and airflow-aware spacing. That can change times versus generic recipes. Use our conversion charts and notes for reheat/hold if cooking in two waves.
